Since starting Eclectic Catering last year, I have done freelance chef work for various companies. I was one of two chefs who officially opened GLive Theater in Guildford, and cooked for the Duke of Kent, as well as cooking for Question Time. I then moved into Diego HQ in Park Royal and was acting Sous Chef. We did on average 1000 covers for lunch a day. I did work there from April till then end of July 2012
